Provision of aircraft industry enterprises with high-quality components made of aluminum alloys, titanium, and steel.
Design of a building (2,000,000 sq m) for stage I of the project has been completed, and another design of a building (36,000 sq m) for stage I, II, III of the project is also ready. Epsilon-2, LLC negotiates the matter of partnership agreement with DMG MORI on the establishment of a center of expertise in the field of machining. On June 26, 2016 a tripartite agreement of intent was concluded by and between Epsilon-2, Far East and Baikal Region Development Foundation, and State Transport Leasing Company to finance the project.
The investment project was included into the Program of local content of products made in the territory, including manufacture of aircraft components of Russian make.
Investment project period: 2016 – 2031.
Stage I – Pilot production at Parus site. Organization of pilot production at Parus site and manufacture of series products for Sukhoi Company in the amount of 100,000 working hours, beginning from 2018. Industrial floor space required: 1,200 sq m to accommodate 11 DMG MORI equipment units (machine-tools). Design documents for construction of the industrial building have been developed by InterStroyMontazhProject, LLC, a contractor from Saint Petersburg. First stage start of production is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2017.
Stage II – Core production at Parus site. Manufacture of series products (200,000 working hours) for Gagarin Aircraft Works of Komsomolsk-on-Amur with 20 equipment units to be installed on 3,500 sq. m of industrial space. Construction of industrial premises under stage I project. Second stage start of production is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2018.
Stage III – Mass production at Parus site. Manufacture of series products (700,000 working hours) with 54 equipment units to be installed on 13,500 sq. m of industrial space. Third stage start of production is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2019.
